Purchase procedure and sales contract

Basis:

The following General Conditions of Sale regulate the purchase, via electronic means, of the products presented on the website www.sysmaelettronica.it, managed by SYSMA ELETTRONICA SRL with its Headquarters in Strada Torino 43 - 10043 Orbassano VATIN 09735310014.

The General Conditions of Sale are an integral part of the purchase agreement for any product and placing an order implies their acceptance by the Customer.

Product information:

The customer can purchase the products in our electronic catalogue which are available at the time of placing the order.

The images and technical data accompanying a product sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of their own characteristics, but may differ in size, colour, accessories, etc.

The word "available" when the product is displayed is merely indicative, due to the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users.

For this reason, we reserve the right, once the order has been received, to check the availability of the goods and, if unavailable, to promptly communicate the non-acceptance of the order placed.

No responsibility can be attributed to us.

Conclusion of contracts via internet:

To proceed with the purchase of one or more products via Internet, the Customer must first register on the website, providing Sysma Elettronica, in compliance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, all the data necessary to allow Sysma Elettronica to execute the orders placed.

Once the registration is complete, the Customer will be able to select the products and insert them in the virtual "shopping cart". The customer will always be able to view the contents of the “cart” before proceeding with the order.

By clicking on the button relating to the chosen payment, the customer will forward the order to Sysma Elettronica.

The correct receipt of the order will then be confirmed by Sysma Elettronica via e-mail reply, to the e-mail address communicated by the customer.

This confirmation message will re-confirm all the data entered by the customer, who must verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections. Subsequently, having checked the availability of the goods and the accuracy of the customer's data, we will send the acceptance of the contract by e-mail.

The contract stipulated between Sysma Elettronica and the customer is to be considered concluded only after the email of acceptance is sent by us.  By placing the order on our site, the customer declares to have read and understood the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.

Price and shipping costs:

The prices of the products on the website do not include VAT, which will be added to the final totals, together with the transport costs, before the order is forwarded to Sysma Elettronica. You will be able to see the TOTAL PAID (including the price of the product, VAT and shipping costs) during the final phase of the procedure, before the order is sent.

The shipping costs are € 10.00 + VAT for delivery throughout Italy, with the exception of Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria, where instead the transport costs amount to € 22.00 + VAT.

Payment and delivery:

The payment methods that the customer can choose are as follows:

  • Credit card (powered by Unicredit)
  • Bank transfer

The customer will pay the full price of the products ordered at the same time as the order is sent. It is understood that, in case of non-acceptance of the order, Sysma Elettronica will promptly reimburse customers, by bank transfer, any amounts already paid.

Invoiceswill be issued exclusively in electronic format and sent to the customer at the email address communicated in the order (pursuant to Art. 14 DPR445 / 00 and Decree Law 52/2004). The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be used for shipping and invoicing.

No modifications will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

For shipments, Sysma Elettronica will use the GLS express courier, which delivers to Italy in 2-3 working days from the order receipt date. If an order is received for goods that are not in stock, a single shipment will be made as soon as all the material is available.

Sysma Elettronica will ship orders at the earliest possible opportunity for payments by Credit Card or Paypal. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will take place after receipt of payment. 

For orders placed before 12 noon, it is possible to request the "Express Shipping" 24- hour delivery option (excluding deliveries to Italian islands).

Guarantees and handling of complaints and returns:

Returns are managed with a specific procedure called RMA which can be found in the “SUPPORT” area of the Home Page. The material to be returned must be sent exclusively to the operational headquarters following the instructions indicated in the RMA procedure:

Data protection:

Sysma Elettronica reserves the right to retain the data of each order, as well as the contact details of the Customer, for the sole purpose of ensuring the correct execution of the order, for any complaints regarding the guarantee and / or for recommendations or instructions to the Customer relating to the product. The storage and processing of data will take place in accordance with the content of the policy regarding the protection and use of personal data by Sysma Elettronica ("privacy policy").

Right of withdrawal:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating their reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the final item(s) delivered. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform Sysma Elettronica Srl of the decision to withdraw from the contract, by means of an explicit declaration (by letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) sent to the following address:

Effects of withdrawal:

The Customer exercising the withdrawal will be reimbursed for all payments made in our favour, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which the products arrive at our headquarters and have been verified to be intact.

These refunds will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN code indicated in the withdrawal letter.
